wake up and Break through the
glass separating them from
Everyone else not noticing
uncaring amongst the unwanted.

The powers that be
The government yawns awake and ready
Looking for the differents
The abnormals uncaring
not listening to the unheard.

The monsters play dress up
Black suit red tie, and their vest
Protection from the Mannequins
Following the orders blindly
Looking but not seeing, blind mans bluff.

The gavel falls. Fingers Pointed
Evidence ignored. Hysterical raving.
They file out to that round table
Who are they, the norm.
The movers and the shakers.
Making blanket verdicts.

Safe?He lost something
Down there
In the dark

Calm and
They all say he is fine
Normal

He lost the battle
With the Demons
Personal and otherwise

Consumed yet Complacent
No one sees them
But I do.

Though he hasn't lost his marbles
or so it seams
I may have though
Looking back.
Flinching
Jumping at shadows

Because I know
I know
that He is not safe
anymore

I feel threatened.
Not paranoid.

Nice dynamic shot. The depth of field blur on the cueball makes it seem like it's in motion (unless it actually was in motion when you took the picture, to which I say nice timing). I can see how it inspired spiritualrocket's poem pretty clearly.
